Jaden Thomas Wright is a Kentucky-born singer-songwriter and inspiring performer with roots in Whitesburg, KY and a current home-base in Richmond, KY. As an artist with insight, he studies music Industry and Music Education at Eastern Kentucky University to improve and understand his craft. Tapping from a rich musical upbringing, Jaden's sound is influenced by Country, Rock, Folk and Americana, mixing and blending these styles into music meant to be felt deeply with an exhilarating live experience.
Jaden's EP, ''Tales of an Appalachian Trilogy'', narrates the story of his life as a young Eastern Kentuckian through original songs rich in thrilling melody, well composed instrumentation and storytelling. He aims to create music that captivate his fans on a journey, leaving them changed by the experience. Greatly inspired by the passion of local musicians and legends like Neil Young, Jaden seeks to build a community around his music where he unites with fans through relatable stories and outstanding performances. Initially as a guitarist, he has honed his craft through extensive studio and live works across genres like Country, Bluegrass, Rock, Jazz, Blues and Classical.
Having held positive acclaim from music curators while recording at Red House Recording, his dedication to his craft has gained him recognition for songs like " Common Ground" and “East Kentucky Lady.” He has performed across Eastern and Central Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. With notable performances such as opening for Sundy Best at the Levitt AMP Whitesburg Music Series in 2023. On a mission of connecting and uniting listeners, Jaden Wright is set to share his Appalachian stories and sound with audiences far and wide.
